This is the vanilla kernel (directly of kernel.org) + rc8, acpi and dsdt initrd patch. On top of that i patched the ACPI snapshot and the Debian bcm5700-source package (2.2.30-1) in. I compiled this for my Dell Latitude D600. This is not a initrd enabled package, so don't have the initrd statement in your lilo.conf for this kernel. The /etc/modules file looks like this: agpgart radeon ide-scsi usb-uhci input usbkbd keybdev sound i810_audio tg3 button fan thermal hci_usb l2cap rfcomm bnep sco hci_vhci You can either use the tg3 or the bcm5700 for the built-in Broadcom GBit Nic. I haven't found out yet, which worked better, that's why i compiled both of them in. You may have to load the agppart module with the "agp_try_unsupported=1" option, since the chipset is so brandnew, that it's not recognised. For more info on this, have a look at my website: http://www.marlow.dk/dell_d600 This stuff is of course provided as is. No warranty or anything else.
